We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Items purchased in a sale must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

As all Clara Knitwear pieces are handmade to a high standard, we cannot offer refunds for any items that show signs of wear or use.
